CNC Turning
We use up-to-date CNC machines. We can turn products up to 240 mm in diameter.
CNC Milling
We have several CNC units which can mill products up to 700 mm x 500 mm.
Conventional Milling & Turning
While CNC machining is our primary production method, we also have traditional machines which are ideal for less complex work and producing small product batches efficiently.
Quality Inspection
We undertake quality inspection services using a comprehensive range of calibrated assessment and measuring equipment including CMM technology.
Additional Equipment
Fully automatic sawing facility, small surface grinder, small slotter & other varied resources.
Additional Services
We can also offer kitting and light assembly, and have well-established partnerships with local companies offering various surface finishing processes. Ask about our range of surface options.
